Induction 101

What is an induction lamp?

It’s a fluorescent type bulb without the metal electrical contacts used to conduct electricity from the fixture to the light-emitting gas inside the bulb. The lamps are capable of saving a generous 40% over their fluorescent counterparts, and some models boast a life expectancy of up to 100,000 hours.

For those who like numbers...

4167 days without changing the lamp
595 weeks without changing the lamp
11 years without changing the lamp

Buy one today and don't stress about your lighting until 2022!

Not necessarily good for AlightingStore between now and 2022, but you could help make 2010 a good year...
